Ralf Garczorz is a highly experienced executive with an extensive background in Procurement and Supply Chain management. Most previously he led Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Supply Chain Procurement, where he managed billions of dollars in spending and maintained relationships with over 1000 suppliers, generating value to a MedTech business with more than $32 billion annual sales.
Over his 30-year career at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble, Ralf has held numerous leadership positions spanning Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management. He has spearheaded large-scale transformation projects, successfully managed mergers, and orchestrated major spend reduction programs.
Ralf is particularly known for leveraging expressive bidding and e-sourcing strategies to generate substantial value, driving efficiency and innovation across various operations.
Furthermore, Ralf’s strategic vision and leadership have consistently delivered exceptional results, making him a prominent figure in the industry and a trusted leader in enhancing organizational capabilities and competitive advantage.
